I have a lot of pride in being a Guelphite. Along with this pride, I bring knowledge, experience and passion for the community that would be hard to find elsewhere.

My wife and I have two school-age children, and we love that we are raising their children in a place like Guelph. My love for the Guelph community partially stems from being influenced by my mother. She was a dedicated Board member with various organizations in the city while working as a Community Development Worker.

My passion for real estate started at a young age when my family purchased their first investment property. That’s when I realized that real estate can be a great equalizer. Since then, I have gained experience in flipping and owning investment properties. My attention to detail is unparalleled. I’m a research addict on all things, particularly real estate. Financial and value analysis has become a passion, which has served my clients well.



I also play a major role in the Guelph/Wellington Special Olympics soccer program. Getting the soccer program back off the ground after a 20-year hiatus was very important to me, as is the organization as a whole. I’m always looking for volunteers, so even if you don’t want to talk about real estate, give me a call and join the group of dedicated volunteers who help with Guelph/Wellington Special Olympics FC!

Our experience with Joe was phenomenal. We bought our first home in a very intense market and Joe spent many months with us looking at a very large number of homes. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient when answering our endless questions. He would often point out issues in homes that we didn’t even see, and was very transparent about the pros and cons from his perspective of each house. His availability was spot on…whenever we wanted to see a house he was there to accommodate. The actual buying process was seamless and he was there to both explain and answer any question we had about each step. On top of all of this, he is such a nice guy.
