I would like to share our experience with Sales Representative Andra Arnold in the selling of my recently passed mother's Townhouse in Guelph, Ont.Andra's professionalism, knowledge and expertise in this field was above and beyond any past experience we've had with agents. This provided a sense that we were truly getting the value for the commission.Our distance away made many simple seller's responsibilities difficult, however Andra and her team offered and did an excellent job on so many of these tasks; from staging, cleaning, content clearing and disposal. Andra's extensive knowledge was found extremely valuable in not only knowing the market, but also her guidance on estate sales. Andra went above and beyond to sell my current home and to help me find my new home in a new town. She travelled outside of her typical boundaries to provide me with support during this transition. Andra is so caring, kind, positive and genuine. Her motto "Here to Help" is exactly who she is. If I needed something, she'd say "How can I help?" and then follow through with her help. From the first time I met with Andra, I knew she was the one that was going to walk me through a rough chapter in our family's life. Selling the house my brother & I grew up in after the passing our mother. After talking to Andra for an hour...it was like talking to someone you have known forever. She was there asking "how can I help? I'm here to help." And help she did. She took care of everything and 3 days later the house was sold. She was amazing. Very personable & professional. Andra sold our home in Georgetown in July 2021; She listened to our goals and gave good, honest advice. She and her crew came in and did a great staging, had amazing video and photos done and the home sold in a few days! Where do I start... Andra took us from "OMG WE NEED TO SELL OUR HOUSE WHERE DO WE START?" TO "SOLD!!" in less than 2 weeks. Andra took the worry out of every detail: from staging, to listing, to closing - everything was taken care of to the highest standard. Her team went above and beyond our wildest expectations, bringing us boxes, offering to help pack, move, and store things for staging, and arranging cleaning and a final inspection for the new owners. Most importantly, her combination of professionalism and compassion helped take the stress and anxiety out of selling our home, while getting us the price she told us we would get. I am deeply grateful for our overall experience with Andra and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone selling their home!

Andra and her team are amazing! I started working with her during a very stressful period of trying to sell me home, and she, Twylla, Jacob, Sierra and Kelly made the whole experience a breeze. Andra's attention to detail is exquisite: she knows Guelph like the back of her hand and is able to see every selling point of a home for prospective buyers. She was immediately able to identify the ideal buyers for my home and develop a strategy for reaching them (the offer I ended up accepting came from the FIRST VISIT to the property). Andra clearly invests a great deal in her relationships with clients and colleagues, which pays off massively when it comes to sales and negotiations, and also makes what is often a faceless process much more human. I also really appreciated Andra's willingness to provide clear insight and 'steers' at key decision making points, when expertise really matters. It was also a huge relief to be able to 'hand off' to Andra's talented team for staging, prep, etc and know that we were in the best hands, and that our house would be shown to its very best advantage. If it were possible to give Andra higher than 5 stars, I would! Andra made the process of buying and selling as smooth and seamless as possible. She genuinely cares for her clients, and she worked around the clock to find us our perfect new home-- one that checked every box and more (and for less $ than we were planning to spend!) She could always be reached by email and responded promptly to any questions. She was reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She and her team went above and beyond to help us list our home on short notice, providing many resources and assistance that made the whole process quick and easy. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and got us top dollar for our home, and she worked hard to get us a great deal on our new home. From the second we met Andra we knew we were in good hands. This was the fifth house we sold but the first one with her. Selling your house can be stressful but with her expertise and knowledge it was stress-free. She really put our minds at ease by answering all of our questions or concerns. Andra is definitely one of the good ones and I couldn’t recommend anyone else to Trust with the sale of your home. Can’t say enough good things about Andra, she is a genuine , good , honest ,no nonsense person and will always look out for your best interest even if it involves doing extra work and time .She was never busy to answer any questions and she really has become a friend she such a kind and fun individual to be around. We picked Andra as our real estate agent after extensive research online, and after interviewing several top real estate agents in Guelph. We are so glad we chose her! Andra was with us every step of the way - both in selling and buying, and even after it was all done - when we still had many questions. She was consistently patient with us, as we had never sold a home nor bought a previously-owned house before (our first house was a new build). Through our anxiety during the pandemic, Andra *always* supported our needs and comfort level. She compliments her unending friendliness and positivity with a keen understanding of the housing market and housing issues. She worked hard to make sure we felt welcome, safe and supported at all times. She genuinely wants to help others and never once pressured us to do anything. Throughout the process, she regularly presented us options of what she thought was best to do next, but also listened to our input and accepted whatever decision we made. We hope to stay in our current house for many years, but if we ever have to move again, our first and only call to real estate agents will be to Andra!
