Andra helped us to sell our home in Guelph last month and she was outstanding!We contacted Andra via email, and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes was sold recently in our area, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of other very useful information for us. Andra made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. She even sent a bouquet of flowers to our home at first day of Spring. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer 4 days after we put it on the market. I can not say enough about Andra, she has helped us so much from the beginning of our journey of selling to buying. Buying and selling a house can be such a stressful time, but Andra had always reassured that everything would work out the way it's supposed to. She would tell us if we were to lose a house in a bidding war it wasn't meant to be, the right house would come up. We didn't always believe her but it turns out she was right, we found the house we love. Omg what can I say about Andra....selling a house, moving is all very very stressful...but try selling and moving when in the middle of a very very contentious divorce. My ex was impossible to work with and she acted so professionally and positively at all times. She went to the effort of communicating with us both and our respective lawyers to make sure the house got sold for the appropriate price in an appropriate time frame. There were many logistics to selling and packing up and moving the house, most of which I won’t get into as it’s simply ugly, but she talked us both through a plan and even engaged her husband to help execute the plan. She kept the waters calm, pleasant and positive even when somebody else wasn’t cooperating.I am glad she was there for me during this very stressful time in my life and I trusted her completely. Andra is wonderful. This is our second transaction with her. This time we started our home selling journey nearly six months before we were ready to list. Andra wasp and answered questions, explained the process, and didn't rush us to make any decisions. When I would write her, she would answer back quickly and in clear, understandable language. The time finally came to sell and Andra was a pro. She knew who to contact for every aspect of the process - from painting to staging to carpets etc. We followed her advice and the process went smoothly. We have recently sold our home with Andra and from the moment she sat with us to see if she was the perfect fit we liked her. She is a very down to earth, easy to relate to women. She constantly kept us informed about what was going on with our home, she answered our texts and phone calls everytime and was always eager to help. We recently asked Andra help us with selling our student rental property in Guelph. We don’t live locally so we were concerned about how it would all come together. The house needed cleaning...it’s a student rental after all, and we wanted it to look good for photos. So, guess what...Andra arranged a cleaning crew to go in while the kids were on Christmas break and had a photographer come in afterward to take photos. Let me start by saying that I have never written an online review before! I am inspired and compelled to write this review because of the admiration and respect that I have for Andra and to do otherwise would simply be unfair.Initially, we met with several realtors to sell our house and right from the start Andra was the most genuine, professional and down to earth. Her passion, dedication and enthusiasm made a very difficult situation bearable. Prior to listing, our house required a significant amount of renovations in order to maximize its potential value. Andra had a clear vision of what needed to be done and I can honestly say that without Andra's guidance and assistance our house would not have sold for as much and as quickly as it did!I was quite nervous when we listed the house, as there were other homes in the neighbourhood that had been on the market for months and were not selling. We had a solid offer in the first week and for the amount that Andra had anticipated!!!Dealing with Andra was not what I would call a typical salesperson experience , she was attentive, thoughtful and caring. Some people say that realtors are over priced and do not work very hard for what they get paid. This most certainly is not the case with Andra, she is incredibly hard working and her dedication, knowledge and experience are invaluable and the service that she provides is an outstanding value. We bought and sold a house using Andra at the end of this summer (2018). Andra earned every single dollar she made. On the sale of our home, we had several people give opinions on pricing and marketing. I don't really have any bad things the say about the others, including the agent we used when we bought the house, but we clicked with Andra, and she certainly stood out. She didn't suggest the highest asking price but was in the area the others were suggesting. Andra offered staging, cleaning and excellent marketing before putting the house on the market. We agreed on a price and then got a firm no condition offer, 20k over asking 24 hours on the market, while other homes in our neighbourhood sat. This is well after the days of all the bidding wars that were going on in Guelph. Having studied real estate a lot leading up to putting our house up for sale, I truly we believe we got a bit more than we would have otherwise, while emphasizing a quick sale, so our house wasn't on the market long which was important to us with small kids.Buying was straight-forward and she was able to help us after inspection get the sellers to agree to do a $2k electrical fix and keep on them when we felt they tried to take a shortcut. We were in good hands the entire way.All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased with a real estate agent, and will definitely use Andra again if needed, but sorry to say, because of her help, we've got the house we plan to live in for a long long time!

Andra Arnold, as well as Jackie Curtis and Katherine Dixon (who both filled in for her when she wasn't available) were all very professional and personable sales reps I encountered while I was in search of a house for a number of years. Andra never tried to push me towards buying a house, but rather, gave some friendly advice or her opinions on certain aspects of a house, acting more like a friend than an advisor. She had great advice and opinions, pointing out both good and not so good points about properties I looked at. Andra was available most times, within reason, and when she wasn't, she was always able to get Jackie Curtis to fill in for her, who was just as friendly and caring about my real estate needs and in tune to what I was looking for. Katherine Dixon substituted for the others when I found the home I purchased, and although this was my first time with her, I had a good feeling about her too. My only regret was that, for all the time Andra spent with me and the number of houses we looked at, that she wasn't the one to be there when I looked at the house I finally purchased! I would not hesitate to choose Andra, Jackie, or Katherine as an agent if/when the time comes for me to purchase again!

Andra asked me why I called her in the first place. I told her it was because I thought she had a nice, warm and friendly face. What I came to discover was that she is every bit as warm and wonderful inside and out. Our experience with Andra was top-notch. There were many times during this whole process (selling and buying a home) when I was super stressed, nervous, anxious and just plain confused. Andra got that. She was patient and understanding.
