About Adriana Verdone

 

I am currently in my fifth year of a commerce degree program at the University of Guelph, majoring in real estate. I discovered my interest in the industry back in eleventh grade after finding out about the program. Since then, I've been on a journey of learning and growth.

 

My entry into the real estate field took a practical turn when I joined Andra Arnold and Associates through a co-op opportunity. The branding and environment of our company deeply resonates with me, particularly our "here to help" motto and the warm family atmosphere. It's this ethos that drew me in and has made my experience here truly enriching, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge gained at the university and the dynamic real-world scenarios within the real estate market.

 

With my father at the helm of Gateway Homes and my uncles overseeing Verdone Homes, a business my grandfather initiated. Hailing from a family deeply rooted in real estate, I've had an early insight into the intricacies of the industry. My father's involvement in "Rebuild Response," specializing in rebuilding homes after fires, has broadened my understanding of real estate's diverse facets.

 

Despite being in the midst of my university journey, I am driven to expand my knowledge in all aspects of real estate. My goal is to contribute not only to the success of our clients but also the success of our team.

 

Beyond academia and work, I was a competitive dancer in my formative years. Born and bred in Guelph, I cherish moments spent at our family cottage in Wasaga, finding solace in the tranquility of cottage life.
