We had the best experience working with Taniya. She is knowledgeable, approachable and realistic. She helped us come up with a strategy to sell our house, and in todays market, its so hard to know the best timing and the best way to sell. With Taniyas direction, we were able to sell, and with the highest list price in our neighborhood! With this, it allowed us to widen our search for our next home.
She took our wish list and our budget and had us in homes we never thought would be available. Because of her knowledge and expertise we are in our forever home and so thankful!
