Andra Arnold Named Royal LePage's 2025 National A.E. LePage REALTOR® of the Year

Andra Arnold Named Royal LePage's 2025 National A.E. LePage REALTOR® of the Year

From a leap of faith in 2008 to national recognition in 2026, the Guelph REALTOR® has built a business where relationships, community and genuine care are as important as the results.

When Andra Arnold began her real estate career in 2008, she wasn't setting out to build one of Guelph's most recognized real estate teams. As a stay-at-home mother whose children were becoming more independent, she was looking for a new challenge, an opportunity to connect with people and a way to put her natural inclination to help others into meaningful work.

Nearly two decades later, that decision has led to one of the industry's highest honours.

In October 2026, Arnold, founder and team leader of Andra Arnold & Associates at Royal LePage Royal City Realty, was named Royal LePage's National A.E. LePage REALTOR® of the Year for 2025, selected from five regional recipients across Canada.

The award recognizes exceptional productivity, professional leadership, support for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and commitment to the brand. For Arnold, who was named Ontario's regional recipient earlier in the year, the national distinction represents a remarkable career milestone.

That same month, she was also named among BUZZ BUZZ Media's Top 50 Most Influential Leaders in Canadian Real Estate for 2025/2026, recognizing professionals whose influence extends beyond transactions to leadership, collaboration, client relationships and community impact.

Two national honours. One consistent philosophy: success means more when it's shared.

The Power of Showing Up

Ask Arnold what has made the greatest difference in her career, and her answer is refreshingly uncomplicated: consistency.

Not a secret formula or a revolutionary sales strategy. Simply showing up, doing the work and being there for people, day after day.

It's an approach that has helped her navigate changing markets, shifting client expectations and the challenges of growing a business without losing the personal connections that built it.

Since joining Royal LePage in 2022, Arnold has qualified for the National Chairman's Club every year, placing her among the top one percent of the company's REALTORS® nationwide.

Her team, Andra Arnold & Associates, has consistently sold more than 175 homes annually since its formation seven years ago, helping 182 families buy and sell in 2025 alone.

But behind those numbers are individual stories. Growing families, new beginnings, difficult transitions and major life decisions that rarely fit neatly into a spreadsheet.

For Arnold, understanding the people behind those decisions has always mattered as much as understanding the market.

I am incredibly honoured to be named the national A.E. LePage REALTOR® of the Year. Royal LePage has given me opportunities I never could have imagined, and provided me with a supportive community where I can grow, share my experiences and be myself. Four years ago, my broker of record took a chance on me, and that decision changed my life forever. To be recognized with such a meaningful honour, by an organization that has already given me so much, is something I will always be grateful for.”

Building Something Bigger Than Yourself

As her business grew, so did Arnold's understanding of leadership.

What began as an individual career has evolved into a collaborative real estate team supported by professionals in sales, staging, client care, administration and operations.

Rather than building a business dependent on one person's success, Arnold has invested in the people, systems and shared values that allow the entire team to deliver a consistent client experience.

It's an approach that recognizes the many contributions behind a successful transaction, from the first conversation with a client to the countless details that happen behind the scenes.

Arnold also believes in sharing what she has learned with the wider industry.

She has participated in Royal LePage educational initiatives, including speaking at the company's 2023 Chairman's Summit about community-focused marketing, and contributing to its InvestorsEdge educational programming.

Her willingness to collaborate, share knowledge and support others reflects a belief that strong leadership creates opportunities for more people to succeed.

Community Isn't a Marketing Strategy

Perhaps the clearest expression of Arnold's values can be found outside the homes she helps buy and sell.

A passionate advocate for women and families affected by gender-based violence, Arnold serves on the board of Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis and is a longtime supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.

Her involvement goes beyond donations. She has participated in the Foundation's fundraising trek in Ecuador and raised more than $20,000 for its subsequent Cambodia trek, even though the arrival of her first granddaughter meant she could no longer attend.

Closer to home, Arnold has supported Hospice Wellington's Tree of Remembrance campaign for more than seven years, sponsoring ornaments so fundraising proceeds can support compassionate end-of-life care and grief services. Her team has also supported the organization's Retro Royale fundraising event.

And through her annual Guelph Transit Art Contest, Arnold has created a platform to celebrate local artists and share their work throughout the community.

These commitments reflect something fundamental about how she sees her role as a business owner.

Real estate is about more than the homes people live in. It's about the communities surrounding those homes, the people who make them special and the organizations that support them through life's most challenging moments.

Here to Help

The philosophy behind Andra Arnold & Associates can be summarized in three words: Here to Help.

It's a simple statement, but one that has become the foundation of the team's approach to clients, colleagues and community.

For Arnold, helping people is not something that happens only during a transaction. It's found in the advice given when someone isn't ready to move, the support offered to a colleague, the time invested in a community initiative and the relationships maintained long after the keys have changed hands.

As the real estate industry continues to evolve through new technologies, business models and changing consumer expectations, Arnold believes the fundamentals of trust, professionalism and genuine human connection remain essential.

Her recognition as both Royal LePage's National A.E. LePage REALTOR® of the Year and one of BUZZ's Top 50 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders reflects that broader definition of success.

Representing Guelph and the community I love has always been such an honour. This community has given me so much, and I've always believed that with success comes the opportunity to give back and make a difference. To receive this recognition on a national stage is incredibly meaningful, but it's really a reflection of the wonderful people I've had the privilege of working with along the way. I'm so grateful for our clients, our team and the Royal LePage family, and proud to share this moment with the community that has supported us every step of the way.”

— Andra Arnold

Over 18 years after taking a leap into an unfamiliar industry, Arnold has built far more than a successful real estate business.

She's built a team, a reputation and a lasting connection to the community she serves.

And while the awards recognize how far she's come, the philosophy guiding what comes next remains much the same as when she started.

Here to Help.
