Seller's Market
The City of Guelph continues to experience a very high demand for real estate. Sales volume is up by over 50% from this time last year due to the average sale price crossing the $1,000,000 mark for the first time in this market's history. Unit sales however are only up by 4%, while new listings are only up by 7%, which shows that a lack of inventory is still holding this market back.
