The Respect the Source Series

This series is to showcase and appreciate amazing women-led businesses in Guelph!

If you know any women-led businesses, please comment below or DM me! I’d love to feature them

EPISODE 1 | Sixpence Bridal

Choosing to start the Respect the Source Series, which is based on women-run businesses throughout our Royal City, was an easy concept for me. As you watch the first eps you too will see why it was an easy concept. I know you will Like, Share and DM me with many more women-based businesses here to showcase!

Please welcome Jackie Riddell of Sixpence Bridal Boutique. I have always adored this young lady and her little family… 2 boys and a girl! Oh, and her smile is also captivating. You always feel welcome when in her presence. Her boutique is warm and inviting. I almost wanted to try something on too.  Maybe next time

There's a pressure that comes with every offer — especially in a slower market, especially in winter, especially when the conditions outside aren't helping. The pressure says: this is good enough, take it. Sometimes it's right. Sometimes it isn't. Knowing the difference is one of the most valuable things an experienced agent brings to the table. This is a story about passing on two offers and waiting for the right buyer. The sellers got exactly what they had hoped for. It took patience — and it was worth it.

Having an offer accepted on a home is one of the most exciting moments in the buying process. After weeks or even months of searching, visiting homes, and waiting for the right one to come along, it suddenly starts to feel real. Once the excitement settles in, many buyers are surprised to learn how much happens between acceptance day and the moment they officially receive the keys.
