Tips and tricks to help you during this journey. Learn about real estate, property management and everything in between.

By Andra Arnold March 7, 2025
Economic threats from the United States are reverberating in the Canadian housing market, pushing some prospective homebuyers back to the sidelines after they had waited for months for borrowing costs to drop. Home sales in the Toronto region fell 28.5 per cent from January to February after removing seasonal influences, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB.) That was the steepest decline since the first month of the pandemic when sales fell 63.7 per cent. February’s decline marked a sharp turnaround after months of rising sales.
