Tuesday, March 24 Update (COVID-19 Guelph)
Today the real estate industry was named an essential service in Ontario. With that said, I wanted to let you know how my team and I are doing our part to social distance, flatten the curve and conduct business practices that abide by Public Health’s guidelines.

With the Coldwell Banker Neumann Real Estate
office closure, I have been working remotely and communicating with clients via phone, text, email and video conferencing. I hope to continue these practices moving forward. Showings will only be booked when necessary and if it absolutely suits the needs of my clients. Proper handwashing, sanitizing and disinfecting is always conducted upon entering and exiting a home.

All documents are being signed via an awesome e-signature site – Docusign, which I already use on a regular basis. Homes are and will continue to be listed on the market with careful consideration regarding clients’ circumstances and needs. To show these listings, photos and virtual tours are used, as well as various forms of online promotion.

Let’s all work through this together by staying home as much as we can, limiting in-person contact, and using virtual tools.
