If you want a representative who knows the market, can prepare a reasonable offer that allows room for over-bids to enter the race, and can give good advice about the need for staging, what to expect for offers, and make sure you understand the offers, then Andra is your choice. I renovated a 30+ -year old condo, top-to-bottom to a modern and unique unit with the hopes that the costs for these renovations would be offset by the listing price for the condo. Andra was impressed to say the least and said this was the most impressive condo she had seen in the building and suggested a listing price which I thought would never get any action. But I was so wrong. Because Andra knows the market so well, the listing price was even lower than the closing price and what seller doesn't appreciate that. Andra is very personable, energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced. This is why I chose Andra without seeing and assessing any other representatives. I have never sold a property but Andra walked me through the process in a stress-free manner. If I had another property in the Guelph area, I know which representative I would choose - Andra! There's a reason Andra has so many 5-star reviews.

Right out of the gate, Andra was on it! She honed in on what my family was looking for and sent us several properties that met our criteria. We had a long house search, and over the course it worked with Andra, Jaden, Kelly and Allison. Having Andra and her team working for us was invaluable. We were well taken care of by everyone. Even in a very hot market, Jaden and Andra helped us to stick to our valuation and within our budget and we've ended up with a great house in a neighbourhood we're happy to be in. We met Andra about 3 years ago when she sold the house across the street. We couldn't believe how fast the house went and we were curious to see how much our house would sell. Her bubbly personality captured us and though we weren't ready at that time to sell, we knew we found the person we wanted to represent us when we were ready. Over the last 3 years, Andra kept in contact with us. Her persistence and creative ways to keep in touch solidified our decision even more. Fast forward 3 years and we were ready to list. Her team of staging professionals helped us get our house ready and they were very accommodating with our 2 year old's schedule. She listed our house for significantly more than what we would've expected at 1pm on a Friday, and already had an offer by 9pm.. . . . . for full ask, cash offer. It was crazy! By Sunday, I lost track of all the offers because there were so many. She worked her magic with all the buying agents and got us a significant amount over asking with very favourable conditions. Our house sold in 2 days!! We also asked Andra to represent us on the purchase of our new home. She broke her ankle unfortunately but we didn't worry. . . . Andra kept working; and Jaden from her team went with us to visit the many many many properties we were interested in. They were patient with us, even though our list of "must haves" was very lengthy. The sellers and their agent weren't great to deal with but Andra and Jaden helped navigate and closed the deal. Even though the deal had already closed, the sellers had some last minute "surprises" for us and Andra was there to save the day. Thank you Andra, Jaden, and team for your hard work and tenacity. We are so looking forward to making great memories at our new home!

We hired Andra and Kelly to sell our estate house after seeing 3 real estate agents and we couldn't be happier.
