I've always had a passion for real estate, even though it wasn't my first career. As a child, watching my parents purchase many properties, I found the entire process fascinating -- from house hunting to the final transfer of deed. That's when I began to think about real estate as a career.

I am fortunate enough to have grown up in such a beautiful city I get to call home. Guelph is a welcoming community that has encouraged many of my passions throughout life.

Raised in Guelph, I have witnessed the tremendous change and growth that’s transformed the area into one of the most sought-after destinations in Southwestern Ontario. 

After attending Wilfrid Laurier University and embarking in numerous types of jobs, I have taken the knowledge and experience that I have learned to be able to make memorable relationships and embark in this new chapter in my life with the Here To Help Team

Negotiations are a big part of the real estate process, and it’s an area where I excel. I know how to negotiate in a non-adversarial fashion, to keep things on track and to avoid unnecessary hassles and hurdles. My main goal as a real estate agent is to help you achieve your goals.

Communication 

You’ll have a lot of questions during your real estate transaction. Everyone does. And you deserve to know what is happening at all times, and what needs to happen in order to reach the finish line. If you choose me as your real estate agent, you’ll enjoy constant interaction and communication. You’ll always be in the know.

Thanks to Brandon I was able to secure my first home and it was the least stressful process I could’ve imagined. Brandon is patient, understanding and caring when helping his clients find their next home. After countless questions, phone calls and viewings Brandon was always willing to answer anything I needed.
